Team Profiling
To ensure your team get the most out of your programme, MileStone can undertake a brief on-site interview of each of your participants to profile the individual workshop learning teams by learning style, experience and ability - and to provide valuable information to steer the content and structure of the programme
For larger groups and teams which are geographically separated, we use our metriX online profiling systems to capture this essential information.
