Embedding the learning
Following the workshops, your team will benefit from support to
ensure positive new behaviours learnt during the modules are
not permitted to ‘revert to type’. MileStone provides a solution by
which your team can find long term support for their initiatives,
personal and team commitments to changing approaches and behaviours - and for continued development.

With this in mind MileStone recommend the development of a self managed Action Learning Set. The purpose of the Set is to create a forum wherein each individual will continue to receive support. The learning set will also provide support in issues or problems arising and provide a platform for each individual to gain real support and benefit.
The Action Learning Set evolves as follows:
- An initial meeting with the team facilitated by MileStone sets up the structure, principles and purpose of the Action Learning Set.
- MileStone facilitates the first learning set to provide support in developing structures, ground rules and the skills to self manage the Set.
- The Set now becomes independent and self-regulating and with recommendations from MileStone, now determines its own frequency, protocols, logistics and commitments.
