The interaction and debating aspects of team learning provide a safe environment for discussion about the performance and functionality of the team.

Team Profiling
To ensure your team get the most out of your Advantage programme, MileStone undertake a brief on-site interview of each of your participants to profile the individual workshop learning teams by learning style, experience and ability - and to provide valuable information to steer the content and structure of each of the three modules.
