With each participant encouraged to contribute, team learning fosters personal accountability and interpersonal skills including leadership, communication, trust, leadership, decision making and in some cases even conflict resolution.
The interaction and debating aspects of team learning provide a safe environment for discussion about the performance and functionality of the team.

Team Profiling
To ensure your team get the most out of your Advantage programme, MileStone undertake a brief on-site interview of each of your participants to profile the individual workshop learning teams by learning style, experience and ability - and to provide valuable information to steer the content and structure of each of the three modules.
For larger groups and teams which are geographically separated, we use our ‘metriX’ online profiling systems to capture this essential information.
