Hallmark 'Living the Brand' Workshops
I wanted to provide our teams with experiences which would enable them to build on the success of the Hallmark brand and provide a shared understanding of our brand values along with the practical skills to re-enforce and build the Hallmark brand in their everyday work.
I chose MileStone to design and deliver a programme of practical and engaging workshops which would achieve this objective.
Following extensive research and interviews with Hallmark personnel, MileStone created and delivered a series of interactive, action learning workshops specifically designed for over 60 people with differing skill sets and sector backgrounds in order to develop an effective and sustainable brand building programme.
These practical and interactive workshops were designed to allow each team to explore and challenge their own contribution to the brand and give feedback, ideas and examples on the ways in which they committed to “live our brand”.
The MileStone Hallmark Brand Building programme achieved success in 3 key areas:
1. It brought a consistent message about the role of branding to all of the Hallmark Executive Board and the Marketing and Creative teams,
2. It educated and encouraged us to clarify and simplify our Brand Positioning such that it became easy for all to grasp and “live”, and…
3. It provided a platform for all to fully understand the critical commercial role that branding can play in helping a company to grow and prosper.
